We were recently commissioned to create an exciting collection of CGIs to promote a listed building within an affluent area of North London. The building, built in 1916, was to be converted into 15 luxurious apartments and the client required both internal & external renders, plus a fly-through animation to help showcase each room and to convey the high end nature of the project. Highlighting the penthouse, leisure facilities, and main living space of the apartments, our internal CGIs did a great job of accurately representing the proposed final look of the properties. Our external CGIs complemented the architectural plans and initial sketches, presenting the building and the surrounding landscape in the best possible way.
We successfully completing these CGIs over a year and half before the initial show flat was completed. In doing so, we gave the designers plenty of time to review their plans against our photo real images, enabling them to tweak certain details ahead of schedule, saving valuable time and money. The images were also a vital component of the selling agents marketing campaign, helping to sell several apartments long before any major building work had even commenced. Below, you can compare our final CGIs to the actual photographs of the show flat. The CGIs were created from the architectural drawings and the finishes were matched from digital images and physical samples that were sent to our studio.
